I received an email yesterday... and it was from me.
Last year I was working with Stephanie Pellett in her magnificent business group The Profoundery. To take us into the new year she guided us through a meaningful reflection of self + business and during that time we wrote a letter to our future selves [one year in the future to be exact] - I had forgotten all about this!
As I read my letter I thought, oh this letter isn't just for me, this is a letter to be shared with others. I offer you the words and sentiment written below and hope it lands softly in your heart.
I've also added a link at the bottom should you feel
inspired to write a future letter for yourself ✨
It is the end of the year and I sit here feeling called to honour the woman that I've been for the past 5 years. There is a lot of medicine in reflection and my goddess you share so much, learn so much, release so much, achieve so much and really dig into the practice of LIVING life. In case old habits creep in, take this a reminder to look backwards at the moments that brought you here today.
My wishes for us next year are --> To reconnect with JOY in all the ways. To find our DANCE moves once more. To grieve what was, bless it and let it go. To practice the work I share and SHARE this with as many people as possible. To INSPIRE others to be inspired by the miracle they are. To live in SACRED space. To find our rested, healing + loving HOME. To open my HEART in every direction. To share my AUTHENTIC self with myself and then others. To feel safe exploring FREEDOM. To EMPOWER myself as the co-creatrix of my world. To contribute with all my LOVING energy to a world fuelled by love, peace and creativity. To heal my WOMB. To embrace the DIVINE masculine within my and within my husband. To CELEBRATE more, more, more.
A message for you on this very day
Soften your shoulders, open your heart, pray, pray, pray. Everything that is possible is right here, right now. YOU ARE A GIFT.
Thank you,
I love you.
If you feel inspired...
Pour yourself a cup of tea.
Spend time reflecting on the year [or any period of time] just past.
What did you love, what was hard, what lit you up, what triggered you, which patterns do you see clearly now?
Then imagine this next year as your best year ever!
What happens, how do you feel, what do you let go, what do you welcome in, where are you, who are you with, where have you softened, where have you found strength?
Now is the time to write your own future letter HERE.
