Learn the basics of each Chakra and explore balance in body + sound through movement [yin yoga], applied pressure [reflexology] and receiving [sound therapy]. This three part series begins at the root of things and completes at the heart. Each week will feature a curated yin yoga + reflexology sequence attuned to the frequencies of the featured chakras, as seen below. **Each participant will receive their own laminated foot map, wooden massage stick + a self reflexology guide.** Week #1 | From the Earth up | root, sacral + solar plexus chakras Week #2 | From the cosmos down | crown, third eye + throat Week #3 | From the heart outward | the heart WHAT TO EXPECT👇🏼 Settle into the gentle practice of yin yoga, where you'll be supported by a series of poses specifically designed to nourish the chakras, release tension and cultivate a calm mind. Each pose serves as a foundation for meditation, encouraging you to surrender and embody stillness. Throughout this experience, Amie will offer reflexology techniques that enhance each asana [pose] + replenish your nervous system. This transformative journey is held in the nurturing embrace of healing sonic vibrations offered by Justine, whose sounds resonate with the essence of ease and peaceful awareness.
